My name is Helena, and I have been teaching German as a foreign language (DaF) for over 10 years. During this time, I have gained valuable experience teaching learners of different ages and language levels. Through my many travels I have deepened my passion for teaching and intercultural exchange. As I speak German, Englisch, Chinese and Czech I can support my students in a very personal and language-specific way.

I have specialized in teaching Chinese migrants who wish to live and work in German speaking countries. I place great emphasis on making my lessons close to everyday life and tailored to the individual needs of my students so that they can not only learn the German language but also gain a better understanding of the culture.

The focus of my teaching methodology is on active communication. By engaging in conversations during the lessons, the newly learned knowledge directly. My goal is to help students overcome their fear of speaking and build confidence in their language skills. This way, they learn to express themselves fluently and confidently in various everyday situations.
